Factory Supervisor

We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our team Company Name. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.The Factory Supervisor shall:

• Ensure daily production targets are met.

• Supervise production staff and shift leads.

• Enforce safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols.

• Report to the Plant Manager.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

• Report to the plant 30 minutes before shift start.

• Conduct a walk-through of the production area.

• Review production plans, machine readiness, and raw material availability.

• Assign duties to line operators and helpers.

• Ensure all employees are in proper PPE.

• Address staff absences, reallocations, and shift adjustments.

• Supervise batch preparation (water treatment, mixing, blending).

• Ensure proper operation of filling, capping, labeling, and packaging lines.

• Monitor equipment performance report any malfunctions.

• Ensure strict adherence to recipe and quality parameters.

• Coordinate with QC to conduct in-process checks.

• Ensure any deviations from standards are promptly addressed.

• Hold defective batches and escalate issues to QA.

• Enforce plant safety rules and emergency procedures.

• Ensure regular cleaning and sanitization of equipment and facility.

• Report accidents, spills, or hazards immediately.

• Conduct toolbox talks or safety briefings regularly.

• Fill out daily production reports (quantity, downtime, rejections).

• Maintain machine maintenance checklists.

• Record attendance, overtime, and incidents.

• Conduct end-of-shift inspection and clean-up.

• Lock and secure production areas if applicable.
