Factory Supervisor

Job Title: Factory Foreman 

Location: Bawana, Delhi 
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) 
Salary: ₹16,000 + Overtime 

About the Role 

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Factory Foreman to lead, supervise, and coordinate daily factory/site operations. The role involves managing workers, equipment, and materials while ensuring that all tasks are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily activities of factory/site workers. 

• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with company policies and legal (HSE) regulations. 

• Conduct and record site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. 

• Monitor and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. 

• Carry out and update risk assessments and method statements. 

• Track, document, and report daily production/work progress. 

• Ensure site operatives have the required training and skills. 

• Lead by example and promote a disciplined, productive work culture. 

• Manage subcontractors, ensuring proper coordination and documentation. 

• Oversee equipment and materials management, including ordering, usage, and returns. 

Key Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Foreman / Supervisor in a factory or construction environment. 

• Strong knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards. 

• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. 

• Good organizational and documentation skills. 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 

Performance Measures 

• Projects delivered safely, on time, within budget, and without errors. 

• Effective management of workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and materials. 

Key Relationships 

• Operations Manager & Site Manager 

• Site Operatives / Workers 

• Subcontractors 

• Internal & External Customers
