Factory Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate all production activities, such as coco pith bed preparation, coir processing, and final product finishing.

Lead, train, and guide production workers, and manage manpower allocation to meet daily targets.

Ensure products meet quality standards through regular inspections, monitor production processes for efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards throughout all departments.

Accurately record production data, including counts, rejection rates, material consumption, and staff attendance.
