Factory Supervisor

A Line Supervisor oversees production or assembly line operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and team performance while managing workflow and implementing process improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Monitor daily line operations to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met, including machinery performance and workflow efficiency.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor line workers, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Safety and Compliance: Enforce workplace safety protocols, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance to prevent accidents and operational hazards

• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, implement operational improvements, and coordinate with management to optimize production and reduce costs.

• Scheduling and Resource Management: Manage workforce schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adequate staffing to meet production targets.

• Quality Control: Monitor product quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adhernce to technical standards and customer specifications.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit production reports, documenting performance metrics, challenges, and improvements.
