Role: Factory & Office Operations Support In-charge

Locations:

• Factory – Sector 37

• Factory Unit – 65D (walking distance)

• Office Hub – Sikanderpur (light support)

Team Size Supported: ~115 people

Working Days: 6 days

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 (based on capability and hands-on mindset)

Role Purpose

To ensure smooth daily functioning of factory and office operations by handling small breakdowns personally and coordinating timely support for larger issues.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys fixing problems, keeping things organised, and making sure people can work without disruption.

What This Role Is (and Is Not)

This is not a desk job

This is not a pure manager role

This is a do-first, coordinate-second role

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine & Equipment Support (Primary)

Daily checks of shop-floor machines and equipment

Handling small machine issues, adjustments, and minor repairs

Coordinating with technicians/vendors for major breakdowns

Ensuring machines are operational and issues are followed through till closure

Maintaining a simple machine issue and maintenance record

2. Preventive Maintenance Discipline

Following a basic preventive maintenance schedule

Identifying repeat issues and reducing avoidable breakdowns

Ensuring machines, tools, and workstations are kept in good condition

3. Factory Facility & Utilities Support

Basic electrical, lighting, switch, and plumbing issue handling

Monitoring utilities like compressor, power, water systems

Coordinating vendors for civil, electrical, or major facility repairs

Supporting loading/unloading coordination when required

4. Office & Technology Coordination

Coordinating for office computers, printers, internet, and basic tech issues

Ensuring issues are raised, followed up, and closed with vendors/IT support

Acting as a single point of contact so teams are not stuck chasing support

5. Housekeeping & Safety Discipline

Coordinating with housekeeping staff for cleanliness

Ensuring walkways are clear and materials are stored properly

Supporting basic shop-floor safety and orderliness

Fewer daily complaints about machines and infrastructure

Small issues solved quickly without escalation

Larger issues followed up calmly till resolution

Cleaner, safer, more organised factory and office spaces

Ideal Candidate Profile

ITI / Diploma / strong hands-on experience in factory or operations

Comfortable working with machines, tools, and basic electricals

Not afraid to get hands dirty

Organised, responsible, and calm under pressure

Comfortable coordinating vendors and follow-ups

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
