Job Description – Factory Supervisor

Industry: Corrugated Box Manufacturing

Job Summary

The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently and on time while maintaining required quality, safety, and productivity standards. The role involves managing shop-floor manpower, monitoring corrugation and conversion processes, coordinating with maintenance, stores, quality, and dispatch teams, and maintaining production records.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: Graduate or Post Graduate

Shift: Day Shift

Working days: 6 days

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Language: Should be comfortable in English (Reading and writing both)

Location: A-4, RIICO Industrial Area Choupanki, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan - 301070
