Job Title: Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are hiring a responsible Supervisor to manage daily operations, handle staff, and ensure smooth workflow in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily work activities of staff

Assign tasks and monitor performance

Ensure work is completed on time and as per standards

Maintain discipline and handle team issues

Prepare daily reports and maintain records

Coordinate with management and other departments

Ensure safety and company policies are followed

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

1–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)

Good leadership and communication skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Ability to handle team and pressure

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
