Job Description

We are a growing fabrication company specializing in sheet metal products, and we are looking for a capable and responsible Factory Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise factory workers
Track daily attendance
Monitor and record daily production
Maintain stock movement (inward/outward) in the ERP system
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and coordination

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership and decision-making ability
Ability to handle people firmly and fairly
Basic computer knowledge (ERP/data entry)
Basic English communication skills
Prior factory or production experience preferred

Working Hours:
8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, 6 days a week (Wednesday off)
