We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive quality, efficiency, and innovation at our production facility.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily factory operations and manage a team of production staff.

• Ensure timely and quality production of custom furniture and interior solutions.

• Optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and maintain high safety standards.

• Coordinate with the design and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Manage inventory, materials, and logistics.

• Implement and monitor KPIs to track productivity and quality.

• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

✅ Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory or production management, preferably in furniture or interior design manufacturing.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proven experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement.

• Knowledge of wood, metal, and upholstery materials is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
