Factory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage furniture material and orders, keep record of stocks and storage.

• Supervise and guide staff:

  Manage a team of carpenters, polishers, and other production workers, including training and performance guidance
  Ensure quality control:

  Implement and maintain quality standards throughout the production process, from assembly to final inspection. 
  Manage inventory:

  Oversee raw materials, finished goods, and tool inventory, and assist with material calculations. 
  
  Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 

  • Experience of furniture assembly, materials, and finishes. 

  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling. 

  • Familiarity with quality control procedures. 

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
