Responsibilities

• Proper working of factory daily routines.

• Supervising the factory workers on the production floor.

• Monitoring the factory operations.

• Taking corrective action as and when required.

• Resolving any factory-related issues.

• Assigning tasks to the factory staff.

• Creating and enforcing hygiene in factory.

• Checking production aligned as per company policy.

• Making every corner of factory neat an clean.

• Proper check on House keeping incharge.

• Inspecting the quality of the finished products.
