Position - Factory Manager

Experience - 10 to 20 yrs

Salary - 40k to 90 k

Note - Degree technical required

Job Description:

Factory Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day factory operations and production activities.

• Ensure production targets are achieved as per dispatch schedules.

• Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and production efficiency.

• Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Dispatch, Purchase, and Quality departments.

• Maintain production reports, shift reports, and daily MIS.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline in the factory.

Production & Injection Molding

• Supervise Injection Molding machines and production processes.

• Optimize machine parameters to improve productivity and quality.

• Reduce rejection, wastage, and downtime.

• Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues.

• Ensure preventive maintenance of machines and molds.

Product Development & Engineering

• Develop new products as per customer requirements.

• Coordinate product trials, prototype development, and validation.

• Prepare product specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation.

• Improve existing products for better performance and cost optimization.

• Coordinate with mold manufacturers for new mold development and modifications.

Quality Management

• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.

• Monitor rejection reports and process improvements.

• Support ISO documentation and audit requirements.

Team Management

• Lead production supervisors, machine operators, helpers, and maintenance staff.

• Allocate manpower effectively across production activities.

• Conduct training sessions to improve workforce skills and productivity.

• Maintain attendance, discipline, and performance monitoring.

Inventory & Coordination

• Monitor raw material consumption and stock availability.

• Coordinate with stores for timely material issuance.

• Ensure proper inventory control of finished goods and WIP.

• Work closely with dispatch team for timely order fulfillment.
