Job Description

Factory Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily production activities as per the production plan.

2. Monitor product quality and adherence to SOPs.

3. Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and hygiene in all production areas.

4. Monitor machine operation and report maintenance issues immediately.

5. Ensure proper use of food safety and safety regulations.

6. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and HR departments.

7. Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

8. Maintain daily checklists.

9. Report any factory issues, accidents, or deviations to the Management.

10.Take responsibilities of Canteen including finalize of weekly menus.

11.Arrange accomodation & fooding for the distance staff.
