Position: Factory Supervisor
Location: VKIA 9f2, Jaipur
Experience Required: 1–2 years in factory/production operations
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Any relevant technical background

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.

• Allocate tasks to operators, helpers, and floor staff.

• Ensure quality checks at all stages of production.

• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine issues and breakdowns.

• Monitor raw material availability and report shortages.

• Maintain daily production reports and shift records.

• Enforce safety rules, 5S, and housekeeping on the shop floor.

• Train new workers on processes and safety guidelines.

• Ensure machines and tools are operated as per SOPs.

• Reduce wastage and improve productivity.

Skills Required:

• Strong supervision and team-handling skills

• Basic technical knowledge of machines

• Good communication skills

• Problem-solving ability

• Knowledge of safety standards

• Familiarity with production reports and MIS

Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience)

Working Hours: 8–12 hour shifts (as per company policy)
