Factory Supervisor

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production operations, lead shop-floor teams, maintain safety standards, and ensure consistent product quality. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations to meet production schedules.

• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery.

• Train, guide, and evaluate production staff; address performance or discipline issues when required.

• Monitor product quality, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure compliance with all quality standards.

• Maintain a safe working environment; enforce safety protocols and conduct routine inspections.

• Track production metrics, generate daily/weekly reports, and communicate results to management.

• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.

• Assist with implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
