Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Factory Manager / Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing factory labor, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining proper stock of raw materials to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Labour Management
Supervise and manage daily activities of factory workers and staff.
Ensure proper workforce allocation for production tasks.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of labour.
Provide guidance and training to workers when required.
2. Production Supervision
Monitor daily production activities and ensure targets are met.
Ensure efficient use of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
Identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
3. Supplier Coordination
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of raw materials.
Maintain good relationships with vendors and negotiate when necessary.
Ensure correct quantity and quality of materials received.
4. Raw Material & Inventory Management
Monitor and maintain stock levels of raw materials.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Maintain stock records and report shortages or excess inventory.
Plan procurement based on production requirements.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily production and labour reports.
Track inventory usage and update management regularly.
Report operational issues, delays, or shortages.
6. Safety & Compliance
Ensure workplace safety and adherence to factory rules.
Maintain cleanliness and organized operations on the shop floor.

Qualifications
Diploma / Graduate in any field (preferred)
Experience in factory supervision or operations management
Experience
