Key Responsibilities
Assist machine operators in day-to-day production activities.
Load, unload, and move raw materials, components, and finished products as required.
Support operators in feeding and removing materials from machines.
Assist in setting up and arranging materials, tools, fixtures, and equipment.
Perform basic cleaning and housekeeping of the work area and machines.
Help in checking, sorting, counting, and packing components as instructed.
Assist in transferring finished components to the designated area.
Follow instructions provided by the operator, supervisor, or production team.
Maintain proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage.
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE on the shop floor.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the assigned work area.
Report any abnormality, machine issue, material shortage, or unsafe condition to the operator/supervisor.
Perform other production-related activities as assigned by the supervisor.
