Job Description

Hamein apni factory aur warehouse operations ke liye ek mehnati aur bharosemand General Helper ki zaroorat hai. Is role mein aapko production, maintenance, aur dispatch departments ki madad karni hogi, jaise maal uthana-rakhna, saaf-safai rakhna, aur daily ke chote-mote kamo ko poora karna taaki plant ka kaam bina kisi rukawat ke chalta rahe.

Key Responsibilities (Mukhyataye Kaam aur Zimmedariyan)

Maal ki Loading aur Unloading: Raw material (kacha maal), finished goods, aur packaging material (jaise boxes, glue, etc.) ko dhyan se load, unload aur shift karna.
Production mein Madad: Plant floor (Board Plant) par machine operators aur supervisors ki madad karna—jaise machine mein maal daalna ya finished products ko pack karna.
Saaf-Safai (Housekeeping): Godowns (warehouses) aur shop floor ko hamesha saaf aur vyavasthit (organized) rakhna taaki raste mein koi kachra na ho.
Maintenance Support: Maintenance aur Safety team ki chote-mote kaamon mein madad karna, jaise tools pakdana, machines ki safai, ya civil work mein help karna.
Store Management: Store department ke sath milkar stock ko sahi jagah par lagana aur inventory counting mein madad karna.
Safety Rules ka Palan: Company ke sabhi safety rules ko manna, sahi PPE (Safety shoes, helmet, mask) pehnna, aur kisi bhi problem ya accident ki jankari turant supervisor ko dena.
