Job Description

The day-to-day tasks of a factory helper.

Material Handling: Unloading raw materials from delivery trucks and moving them to the production line using hand trucks, pallets, or carts.

Line Support: Feeding raw materials into machinery or conveyor belts and removing finished products as they come off the line.

Assembly & Packaging: Performing basic assembly tasks, inspecting products for obvious defects, and packing finished items into boxes or crates for shipping.

Machine Preparation: Assisting skilled operators with setting up machinery, changing out tools, or cleaning equipment between production runs.

Facility Maintenance: Sweeping floors, removing scrap material or hazardous debris, and emptying waste bins to maintain a safe, clean working environment.
