A factory helper does general support work, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting machine operators.

Key Responsibilities

Loading and Unloading: Move raw materials, parts, and finished goods to and from trucks, storage areas, and production lines.
Machine Support: Feed materials into machines, hold tools or items for skilled workers, and remove waste or scrap.
Packing and Sorting: Count, pack, and label finished products for safe shipment.
Cleaning: Sweep floors, clear debris, and wipe down equipment to keep the workspace safe.
Safety Rules: Follow all factory safety guidelines and wear safety gear like gloves and boots
