Key Responsibilities:

·         Handle filing, photocopying, and other basic clerical tasks.

·         Deliver and collect office documents, parcels, and couriers.

·         Support office staff in daily operational requirements.

·         Handle packing and dispatch of materials, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

·         Keep proper record of packing and dispatch materials.

·         Ensure all received parts are properly placed in bins as per category.

·         Assist in machine assembly handling under supervision.

·         Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office and work area.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 10th Pass.

• 3–7 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

• Should be punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

Skills Required:

• Basic communication skills.

• Good personal hygiene and grooming.

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Admin / HR Department
