Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Helper to assist in various factory operations. The ideal candidate will support the production team with tasks such as material handling, machine assistance, cleaning, packing, and other general labor duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and production workers in daily tasks

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products

• Clean and maintain work areas, machines, and tools

• Perform basic assembly and packing tasks

• Transport materials to the appropriate departments

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor

• Help with inventory counting and materials management

• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior experience in a factory or warehouse setting is a plus

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods

• Basic knowledge of factory machinery and tools

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Willingness to work in shifts, overtime, or weekends if required
