Factory Helper (Male)

We are looking for a Factory Helper (Male) to join our team at at 3d Paradise. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹10000 - ₹10000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and technicians during production

• Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished goods

• Help in basic assembly, packing, and labeling work

• Keep the factory floor, machines, and work area clean and organized

• Support in material movement within the factory (trolleys, bins, racks)

• Follow safety rules and wear safety equipment (gloves, shoes, masks)

• Help in basic quality checks as instructed

• Report any machine issues, damage, or safety risks to supervisors

• Assist in packing goods for dispatch and loading vehicles

• Perform other support tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
