Job Description

Prepare and send export quotations to clients

 Handle export shipment planning and documentation

 Good knowledge of FOB, CIF and export procedures is

essential

 Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agencies

 Market company products through emails and calls

 Build and maintain strong client relationships

 Follow up with clients and manage payment reminders

 Prepare invoices and documentation in Tally

 Knowledge of COA, E-way bill and bill lodgement required

 Handle EEFC account reconciliation
