Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange timely shipments.

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

• Communicate with international customers regarding order status, shipping details, and required documentation.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.

• Support the Export Manager in preparing reports and analyzing export performance.

• Assist in resolving shipment and customs-related issues.

• Keep up to date with changes in export laws and regulations.
