Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Export Operations Coordinator to join our operations team. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and supporting international clients to ensure smooth and compliant export processes. You will also assist the sales and business development team with tenders, reporting, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage export documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, GMP, etc.).

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities.

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries.

• Communicate with international clients and suppliers regarding orders and documentation.

• Maintain shipment records, export files, and prepare MIS reports.

• Assist the sales team with tender submissions, documentation, and market research.

Candidate Preferences:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word).

• Basic knowledge of international trade/export procedures (preferred).

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Interest in pharmaceuticals and international business.
