1. Identify and Develop new International markets, distributors, and clients for pharma products.
2. Conduct market research on product demand, pricing, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
3. Handle Inquiries, prepare Quotations, Negotiate rates, and Close export orders.
4. Manage Regulatory Documents like COPP, FSC, GMP, COA, COA, and product Dossiers.
5. Prepare and manage Export Documentation: Invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, LC, and shipping Documents.
6. Coordinate with production, QA, QC, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
7. Track shipments, ensure on-time Dispatch, and update international clients regularly.
8. Maintain strong customer relationships and handle client queries professionally.
9. Achieve monthly and yearly export sales targets and prepare sales reports.
10. Ensure compliance with International Pharma regulations and export guidelines.
