Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Export Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in export marketing and a passion for driving business growth in international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.

• Prepare and send quotations accurately and on time.

• Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients in export markets.

• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth order processing and maintain strong business relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of experience in export marketing or international sales.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of export documentation and procedures is a plus.
