Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Stock & Order Management Executive to manage inventory, process orders, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across online sales channels. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, timely order fulfilment, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.

Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all e-commerce platforms

Update inventory in ERP / inventory management systems
Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure timely order confirmation, packing, and dispatch
Coordinate with warehouse for picking and packing

Monitor order status and resolve delays or issues

Update product listings, stock availability, and pricing on marketplaces
Manage backend dashboards (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
