Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the daily operations of our jewellery brand, DIOLYSH.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing product listings on Shopify and ecommerce marketplaces
Processing daily customer orders
Printing invoices, shipping labels and order documents
Picking, checking and packing jewellery orders
Coordinating dispatches and courier pickups
Maintaining accurate physical and digital stock records
Updating inventory after sales, returns and new stock arrivals
Tracking returns, exchanges, RTOs and undelivered orders
Maintaining SKU, packaging material and stock records
Performing basic computer work using Excel or Google Sheets

Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, good attention to detail and an organised approach to work. Knowledge of Shopify, product listings, ecommerce marketplaces or inventory management will be an advantage. Freshers who are willing to learn may also apply.
