Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process online orders received from marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
Pick products from warehouse racks and pack them accurately for dispatch.
Prepare shipments for timely delivery.
Handle Wrong Return cases and file Seller Protection Fund (SPF) claims.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-managed warehouse.
Organize and manage inventory efficiently.
Support day-to-day warehouse and e-commerce operations.

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge.
Hardworking, honest, and responsible.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations is preferred, but freshers with a positive attitude are also welcome.
