Distribution Executive

·     Inventory management for electrical goods as per monthly sales forecast based on past sales figures, forecasting and feedback from clients and sales.

·     Material indenting based on available stock, godown space and item wise specific lead time to get the material from company.

·       Timely invoicing of orders and ensuring timely material delivery to clients as per invoice.

·       Keeping track and documentation of expenses for business transactions.

·       Coordination with company officials, sales team and clients for invoicing of orders as per scheme discounts to benefit clients and achieve branch sales targets.

·       Efficient handling of Clients queries regarding schemes, material availability, pricing and discounts etc.

·       Efficient resource management and cost optimization for business activities.

·       Guide the team for system invoicing, update seniors with system reports, follow up with clients for timely payments to keep the outstanding at minimum level.
