Distribution Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle SIM activations at retail outlets.

2. Drive revenue and market share by improving product availability and retail width.

3. Monitor and enhance the productivity of Channel Partners and FSEs.

4. Train and support FSEs in coordination with distributors.

5. Ensure distributors and retailers maintain sufficient inventory levels.

6. Expand distribution by increasing Recharge Selling Outlets, SIM, and other Selling Outlets.

7. Track and improve key distribution metrics – ROI of distributors and retailers.

8. Gather and report on competitor activities, policies, and best practices to JC and the State S&D team.

9. Recommend actions for enhancing visibility in the assigned territory.
