Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily dispatch activities as per schedule
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transport teams
Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill, etc.)
Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods before dispatch
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
Handle transporter coordination and vehicle arrangements
Maintain dispatch records and update MIS reports
Resolve dispatch-related issues and delays
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Monitor inventory movement related to dispatch
Required Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of logistics and dispatch processes
Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving ability
Time management skills
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (preferred)
