Logistics Dispatcher

We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team at at Sathe Concrete Company. The RMC Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the timely and efficient dispatch of ready-mix concrete from the batching plant to various construction sites. The dispatcher coordinates with customers, site engineers, batching plant operators, drivers, transit mixers, pump operators, and management to ensure concrete is delivered according to project requirements and schedules. The position offers ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 20,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and schedule concrete orders from customers and project sites.
• Plan and coordinate dispatches based on quantity, grade, pouring schedule, distance, and site requirements.
• Allocate transit mixer vehicles and coordinate with drivers.
• Coordinate with the batching plant/operator to ensure concrete is produced and loaded as per schedule.
• Monitor vehicle movement and delivery status from plant to site.
• Maintain continuous communication with site engineers regarding arrival time, quantity, concrete grade, and pouring progress.
• Coordinate concrete pump availability and deployment when required.
• Manage delays caused by traffic, vehicle breakdowns, site readiness, weather, or plant issues, and inform concerned parties promptly.
• Ensure proper sequence of vehicle dispatches to avoid site waiting time and concrete pouring interruptions.
• Maintain records of dispatch time, loading time, vehicle number, driver details, quantity, grade, delivery challan, and return time.
• Track pending orders and ensure all scheduled deliveries are completed.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control/Laboratory team when required for concrete grade or quality-related reqrements.
• Handle customer/site complaints related to delivery and escalate major issues to management.
• Prepare daily dispatch and vehicle utilization reports.
• Coordinate with accounts/admin teams regarding delivery documentation and challans.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
