Job Description

Coordinate and manage daily food order dispatch operations.
Assign orders to delivery partners/platform riders on time.
Ensure accurate order packing and handover from kitchen to delivery staff.
Monitor delivery timelines and track delayed or pending orders.
Coordinate with kitchen staff, delivery executives, and aggregators for smooth operations.
Handle customer concerns related to order dispatch and delivery status.
Maintain dispatch records, delivery reports, and operational logs.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational SOP compliance during dispatch activities.
Minimize order errors, delays, and customer complaints.
Support the operations team during peak hours and high order volumes.
