Dupack Poly Films is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality poly films, committed to delivering excellence in packaging solutions. With a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to strengthen our logistics operations.

Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch activities, including packaging, loading, and vehicle scheduling.

Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer orders and delivery schedules.

Maintain accurate documentation such as delivery challans, invoices, gate passes, and dispatch registers.

Prepare and generate invoices and billing entries in Tally accurately and on time.

Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processes and ensure proper recording of inward materials.

Coordinate with the production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure readiness of shipments.

Liaise with transporters for vehicle availability and manage transportation schedules efficiently.

Verify packaging and labelling as per customer specifications before dispatch.

Monitor stock movement and ensure correct inventory entries in the system.

Handle customer communication related to delivery status or delays.

Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols during loading and unloading.

Train and manage dispatch staff and labourers for efficient operations.

Key Requirements:

Any Graduate/ HSC/ Diploma.

2–4years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

Strong understanding of dispatch documentation and transport coordination.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with local transport rules and compliance requirements.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
