Job Description – Dispatch Manager
Location: Pune
Experience: 3–5 Years
Industry: Manufacturing / Logistics
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores and Transporters.
Prepare and manage dispatch documents, challans and invoices.
Track shipments and follow up for timely delivery.
Manage transportation and logistics operations.
Maintain accurate dispatch records and MIS reports.
Resolve dispatch and delivery-related issues.
Candidate Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Transportation.
Good planning, coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of dispatch documentation and transportation processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills.
Experience in manufacturing/logistics industry preferred.
Strong ownership, problem-solving and team coordination skills.
