Job Description

Dispatch Coordination:Efficiently coordinate the dispatching of materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to dispatch schedule. Preparing of sales order, Checking the stock availability for the items for which the order received. Preparation of challan for dispatch and make sure that no dispatch will be taking place without challan under any circumstances. Fixation of the FG godown product/item wise for placing the FG in the godown. Make sure that dispatch will be taking place as per the assigned/decided SOP. Suggest correction in SOP as and when required. Stock audit On Daily/Weekly/fortnightly/Monthly basis as per the requirement. Ensure no dispatch delay and no error in dispatch. Co-ordinate with the production team in case of shortage of any FG material.Communication:Maintain clear and open communication channels with the entire team, field staff, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that dispatch activities are aligned with deadlines.Warehousing Operations:Oversee the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring that goods are stored safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.Inventory Management:Oversee inventory levels of Raw materials, Packaging material, mechanical parts, all incoming and outgoing inventory, including materials, (RM & FG both) and spare parts. Implement efficient inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and ensure optimal stock levels. Any material from the store to be issued based on the material issuance slip approved by the production manager/shift incharge..Keep the record of unused material being sent to store department and maintain the stock accordingly.Keep the record of the scrap/wastage selling (if any) Shipping and Receiving:Coordinate for receiving of goods, including verifying incoming material, preparing outgoing material, and arranging transportation logistics as needed. Ensure timely delivery of materials to the parties.
