Logistics Dispatch Executive

Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities as per customer orders and delivery schedules.

Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods in coordination with Sales, PPC and Production departments.

Verify finished goods quantity, quality, specifications and packaging before dispatch.

Prepare delivery challans, invoices, packing lists and other dispatch-related documents.

Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, loading and timely delivery of materials.

Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure safe handling of products.

Maintain daily dispatch records including vehicle details, transporter information and delivery status.

Follow up on dispatched consignments and coordinate for proof of delivery whenever required.

Receive incoming raw materials, packing materials, consumables and other store items.

Verify received materials against Purchase Orders, invoices and delivery challans.

Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and update inward material records in ERP/SAP.

Ensure proper identification, labeling and systematic storage of all materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods.

Issue materials to Production departments against authorized material requisitions.

Prepare stock transfer notes for interdepartmental or interplant material movement.

Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices wherever applicable.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock with ERP/system records.

Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, excess stock or damaged materials to the Store Manager.

Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for replenishment requirements.

Maintain proper documentation of inward, outward, material issue and stock movement transactions.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, PPC, Sales, Accounts and Logistics for smooth material flow.

Ensure all dispatch and store transactions are updated accurately and timely in ERP/SAP software.

Maintain organized filing of all store and dispatch documents for audit and compliance purposes.

Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S standards in the store and dispatch area.

Follow company safety procedures during material handling, stacking, loading and unloading activities.

Ensure safe utilization and proper maintenance of pallets, racks and material handling equipment.

Minimize material damage, dispatch errors and inventory losses through effective store management.

Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory and dispatch records.

Perform any other store or dispatch-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
