Roles & Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly with drivers on a daily basis
Assign trips and duties as per schedule
Track vehicles and trips using GPS / tracking systems
Ensure on-time pickup and drop for customers
Coordinate with operations team for duty changes
Handle driver issues, delays, and route updates
Maintain trip and driver records
Requirements:
Good verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
Ability to handle multiple drivers and trips
Responsible, punctual, and problem-solving attitude
Experience in cab operations or transport preferred
