Job Description

Plan and schedule dispatch of finished material as per production and customer priority
Prepare and verify dispatch documents (delivery challan, invoice, e-way bill, gate pass)
Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle arrangement and loading time
Ensure correct material, quantity, and quality are dispatched as per order
Track vehicle movement and confirm timely delivery to customers
Update dispatch details in ERP/records and maintain dispatch registers
Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments
Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery status
Manage shortages, damages, or dispatch-related issues
Ensure compliance with safety and company dispatch procedures
