Dispatch Executive

• Manage dispatch scheduling, vehicle allocation, and loading plans.

• Coordinate with transporters for timely pickups and deliveries.

• Verify orders and documentation before dispatch.

• Ensure goods are packed, labeled, and shipped per company SOPs.

• Maintain daily dispatch records and MIS reports.

• Supervise dispatch staff for efficiency and adherence to timelines

• Minimum 2 years in dispatch/logistics/warehouse supervision.

• Experience in FMCG, CFA, or distribution preferred.

• Good organizational and team management skills.

• Familiarity with inventory/dispatch software is a plus.
