Job Summary:

The Dispatch Manager is responsible for managing daily dispatch activities to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries. The role involves assigning vehicles, coordinating with drivers, and using ERP software for dispatching. Training will be provided. The candidate should ensure efficient operations and handle issues promptly to maintain a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure timely deliveries.

Assign vehicles and drivers according to delivery schedules.

Make dispatches through ERP software (training will be provided).

Monitor delivery progress and address any issues or delays.

Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, and customer service teams.

Ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.

Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers.

Resolve delivery-related issues and complaints as needed.

Supervise dispatch staff and ensure daily task completion.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary).

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle pressure and multitask.

Prior experience in dispatch/logistics is a plus (not mandatory).

Working Conditions:

Office-based role with continuous communication with drivers and logistics staff.
