Responsible for dispatching customer orders as per schedule.
Packaging of products accurately and safely before dispatch.
Coordinate with courier and transport partners for timely pickups.
Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and packing lists.
Update order status and dispatch details in the system on a daily basis.
Maintain proper records of dispatched and pending orders.
Basic system/computer knowledge for data entry and tracking.
Ensure correct labeling and address verification before dispatch.
Handle returned or damaged items as per company procedure.
Follow company SOPs and maintain cleanliness and discipline in the dispatch area.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of computer systems (MS Excel, ERP basics, data entry).
Understanding of order processing, packaging, and dispatch workflow.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
