Position: Executive – Admin (Sales Co-ordinator)

Location: Dadar (W)

Job Description:

· Sales order processing and dispatch coordination with customers - Training will be provided

· Preparing customer submittals and presentations in PowerPoint, excel and Ms word - Proficiency in all three programs is required

· IT and Systems management - nil downtime

· Stationery and supplies

· Housekeeping Management

· Preparing various MIS as required from time to time

· Writing technical case studies on company product use - Training will be provided

· Marketing Support – Campaigns, Emails, projects search and tracking - Training will be provided

· Other Sales support and miscellaneous admin activities
