Dispatch Executive

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

• Prepare and maintain accurate dispatch documents including invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, and transport records.

• Schedule pickups and deliveries with transport agencies and ensure vehicle availability.

• Verify product packaging and labeling according to standards before dispatch.

• Maintain inventory levels and update dispatch records in the system (ERP/SAP/Tally).

• Communicate with the warehouse, production, and sales teams for order readiness.

• Track shipments and update customers or internal teams on delivery status.

• Handle dispatch-related queries and resolve issues with transporters or delivery partners.

• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards during loading/unloading.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
