Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a highly responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to oversee the end-to-end dispatch operations of our products. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the dispatch process starting from order preparation to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the complete dispatch process from start to finish.

• Monitor and ensure proper packing of products as per company standards.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Verify orders, documentation, and dispatch schedules to avoid delays or errors.

• Track shipments and maintain proper records of dispatch status.

• Handle logistics coordination and liaise with transporters for timely delivery.

• Maintain safety and quality compliance throughout packing and dispatch operations.

• Identify gaps in dispatch procedures and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse supervision will be an advantage.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to handle time-sensitive operations and work under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and dispatch tracking systems.
