*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage and coordinate key backend processes including quality check, packaging, team handling, and production planning. The role is hands-on and requires a detail-oriented and responsible individual who can ensure smooth daily operations.

*Key Responsibilities*:

Quality Check – Identify and remove defective or damaged products before packaging.

Packaging Supervision – Ensure all products are clean, properly packed, and meet packaging standards.

Team Handling – Manage a team of packers and assign daily tasks efficiently.

Production Planning – Plan and monitor daily/weekly production and packing schedules.

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal team as needed for smooth operations.

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the packing and production area.

*Qualifications & Skills:*

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, etc.)

Good communication skills

Ability to manage a team and handle day-to-day tasks efficiently

Prior experience in operations, packaging, or team supervision preferred
