Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to prepare and verify outgoing orders.

  • Documentation: Prepare shipping papers, tax invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.

  • Transport Coordination: Book transport vendors, schedule trucks, and plan efficient delivery routes.

  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels, record material movement, and update inventory logs.

  • Issue Resolution: Track active shipments and resolve delivery delays or discrepancies quickly.
